Kevin Koenig

Kevin joined the Lumin board in 2023 and was approved by the FCA in 2025 to perform the Chief Executive function. As CEO, he is responsible for the strategic direction and sustainable growth of the UK business. Kevin brings extensive leadership, client and project management experience, having previously led one of VZ Group’s largest divisions and driven significant business results. He also directed several key strategic initiatives across VZ Group. He combines strategic vision with decisive execution and a strong commitment to client-focused solutions.
