A full review

We start with a free, no obligation meeting. This is very much a two-way process. We learn about your current financial arrangements and the goals you’re looking to achieve, and you have the chance to learn more about the way we work and the services we offer. We’ll explain our charges too.

A clear plan

Once we’ve gathered all the relevant information, we take a long hard look at what we’ve learned about you and your finances. We’ll undertake an in-depth analysis, and put together a detailed recommendation outlining the investments and services that will help you attain your financial objectives. We’ll meet again, explain our recommendations and the thinking behind them. If you’re happy to proceed, we’ll agree what the priorities are in order to get your financial plan up and running.


Our investment team will invest your money into one of our carefully-constructed portfolios, choosing one that has the right balance of equity exposure taking into account your risk profile, investment horizon and financial goals.
With your agreement we’ll make all the necessary arrangements to implement your plan. Financial form-filling can seem daunting, but we’ll make the process clear and straightforward, and explain the various steps involved. We’ll pass on copies of all the completed contracts and documentation to you for your records.

Of course, our service doesn’t just end there. We’ll arrange to keep in contact so that:


  • We can discuss any life changes you’ve experienced and ensure they are adequately reflected in your financial plan
  • Review with you the investments you made with us to ensure they are still right for your needs
  • Let you know about new products and services in the marketplace that may be relevant to your financial plans.
    You will have a dedicated office contact. Needless to say, we’re never more than a phone call away.

You’ll receive a variety of regular updates from us, including Key Investor Information documents and Fund Fact Sheets that provide background and commentary on investment strategy and market developments. Naturally, we’re happy to deal with any questions or queries you may have on anything you receive from us.

Quarterly and Annual reviews

Your portfolio will be regularly reviewed every quarter. We’ll arrange an annual review with you which will be led by your adviser and your client service team. This meeting is an opportunity for you to update us about any changes in your lifestyle or alteration in your goals, and will enable us to make any changes necessary to your plan to ensure it continues to remain relevant to your needs.
